The sportswear company Adidas has announced that it will stop the sponsorship for athletics equipment.Apparently the move is because of the allegations of athletes doping. Adidas have been sponsoring athletics ever since 2008 it was a deal that was suppose to last 12 years. When it was signed the deal was worth about NZ money 51 million dollars.
Adidas thinks there is too much risk for their brand reputation to continue with the IAAF.
